I rescued a Coppi frame of dubious vintage today, and I'm interested in finding out more of it.

It's lugged non-OS steel, puke green with chromed front lugs, chromed crown & fork ends, rear spacing is 120mm OLN with unbranded horizontal dropouts without a derailleur hanger. It had Huret clamp-on friction shifters & front derailleur(most likely had a Huret rear as well), cottered cranks of unknown provenance, Diacompe Centre-pulls, TTT alloy stem, priest bars with Changistar moto levers. I'm unconvinced that the levers & possibly the bars are original (the stem is a 7-style stem which seems better suited to drop bars, also the brake & shift housing doesn't match & the brake housing doesn't fit the braze-ons).

The frame had lost all identifiers except a headbadge & a rainbow sticker on the downtube.

Anybody have any ideas what I found? I'm expecting a low-end 60's road bike.
