I started to order a few boxes of Jelly Belly Sport beans a couple of days ago, and before I got checked out, they had raised the price from $12.99 to $17.99. Now (even though the free shipping is gone, they have a 20% off code), I noticed they'd dropped the price back to $12.99....so....before I got them ordered AGAIN, they raised the price back up to $17.99today! Does someone there have too much time on their hands!?!?!?:mad2:

They change prices almost every day. They do it based on inventory, sales patterns, and current promotions. It is common practice among internet discounters....not just cycling discounters.
I work for a company that runs a 50% off of everything on the site sale, and they remove items from the web that they don't want to discount. Then after the sale they put them back on.
I still think that Nashbar runs great deals. You just have to grab the one you want when you see it.

I read a post earlier that the prices at Nashbar/performance often go up after the morning on the day of a sale-shop early. As an example I purchased the pro bike case today at $259 - 20% and then when I looked this afternoon it had gone up to $359-glad I got it when I did :)
