Looking for an online retailer that sells Shimano DA components on the cheap. I've already looked at PBK, but more than 1/2 the components that I want is out of stock:( How quickly do they restock anyway?

MarvinK 07-13-2007, 10:19 AM Gvhbikes.com is great and usually has competitive prices.... they have great prices on SRAM, too (hint, hint). Put a Dura-Ace cassette on a SRAM Force build and you have Record weight (they'll let you mix parts at no premium). Cannondales look great with SRAM. ;) They look OK with Dura Ace, too. :P Cheers! 07-14-2007, 03:05 PM http://www.procyclingdiscount.com/ has the best prices for Dura-Ace parts online that I have come across. iharasensei 07-15-2007, 09:10 PM Thanks guns! I've ordered a build kit from PBK. Unfortunately they come with blaze-on front derailleurs, but I can always ebay off whatever I don't want, since the price is so low. thedips 07-16-2007, 10:50 AM Thanks guns! Sorry, I bought an FD7800 on ebay just last week :( This is going to be the setup, I'm very excited. Frameset: Cannondale CAAD9 (4-6 weeks for the special order, ouch!) Pedals: Shimano PD7810 Crankset: Shimano FC-R700 compact Rest of the gruppo: Shimano Dura-Ace 7800 series Saddle: Fizik Arione Seatpost: Specialized S-Works Pave (I know I know, why would I install a Specialized component on a Cannondale?) Stem: Deda Newton Handlebar: Deda Newton Brake/shifter cables: Nokon cable system OMG... 4 weeks... *gag* the frame order just went out last week and I'm already suffocating. Have I mentioned that I ebayed off my Specialized road bike already? That was very untimely. |
