Not only does he run into a spectator but he now fails the dope test, despite the 'new t-mobile' outlook on life. does that mean he will have to forfeit a years salary?, according to the new charter.
Sorry couldn't find the doping forum, otherwise i would have put it in that one.

It's at the bottom of the list. [doping forum].
The sad thing is that the GERMAN public TV stations have withdrawn their coverage. Let 1 person ruin it for everyone? How brilliant is that.
Linus G is the future if he is clean and the Germans will miss out on their own.

And I'm in Germany at the moment:mad2: Thank God for Eurosport!!!
Yeah that really sucks, and the people who suffer (particularly here in Germany) are the fans. ARD have even removed their LiveTicker from the Internet. The only people celebrating this will be Eurosport.
Apparently TMobile have an additional clause whereby he must repay all his salary up until the time he tested positive. Could be expensive for him.
To be fair, apparently that collistion with the spectator was not his fault (the Spectator climbed over a safety barrier). So you can't call him an idiot for that. Just unlucky.
I've got to confess, I'm becoming pretty skeptical about this testosterone test and the validity of it all, based on everything I've read. That being said, I confess to knowing just a LITTLE bit more than nothing about it, so who knows??

Consider that since the Landis trial, perhaps the lab has started following procedures and is now doing the test correctly, thereby catching people it wasn't catching before. That would be a good thing.

True. And they just reported here on TV that his ratio of Epi-testosterone/Testosterone was 26:1. Almost up there with Kessler's. Not looking too good for him.

You'd hope so, but the Sinkewitz positive is only his A sample. Still waiting for the B sample results.
When will the labs stop reporting incomplete tests?
Additionally, the lab doing the test correctly may result in fewer false positives...
