Everyone made it in under the time cut, as is what happens in most TTs during grand tours.

The time cut off is not the same for all stages, it is a certain percentage of what the winner's time is at the end of the day.

i think someone on phonak last year missed the time cut on the final itt. sucks to work for 3 weeks to help your man win the yellow jersey, have a bad day, miss the time cut, and not be able to ride into paris with him. they bend the rules on those time cuts every now and then, i thought that would have been one of them.
