It's obvious from the past two days that Basso must be in cahoots with that doper Armstrong, otherwise how else could the two of them decimate the field.

For that matter, Mayo must be a doper because he beat Armstrong 6 weeks ago. So must Hamilton because he ALSO beat Armstrong in the same race.

Heras must be a doper because Armstrong had to ask him to slow down last year. Ullrich must be a doper because he was winning all of the ITTs last year.

The guy who won the prologue this year must be a doper.

Etc, etc, etc.

You can't have it both ways. If Lance wins its because he's a doper. If someone beats him its because of talent and desire.

the difference is that there's no former tour winners, team doctors, team employees, respected journalists or anyone else AFAIK saying Mayo's not clean. Lance may be clean. Lance may be dirty. but he's absolutely done something to piss off enough people that the knives are out. Or perhaps you think these people are all disgruntled ex_____, or motivated by $. your option to believe I suppose. Perhaps watch what GL has to say tomorrow morning and see if you still feel the same. He appeared pretty credible in the bits of the interview that Ive seen.

Then I guess nearly everyone in pro cycling is doping.

All joking aside, I really hope at some point a solution is found and we can stop talking about who is suspected of doping, rather than who really is or isn't.
