Does anyone know anything about the Vuelta wheelsets you see on E-bay???

my brother has a set he likes them, however they are relativly heavy when compared to other carbon high end wheels, about 1500 i think, i also find that they seem flexy to me from a very short ride on them, he has about 20 back and i think 12 front, im 200 so i like my 28 f&r zipps. expensive spoke repair too.
