Anyone gonna go do the bridge pedal? I'll be on the long loop, wearing a real bright green and black suit and riding a red Cervelo. Who else is gonna have a little fun on Sunday?

too crowded, not this time!

I've ridden it several times and really enjoy the ride. However I agree with alejovh1, it's getting too crowded these days: 18,000 people on a 36 mile route is a lot. Many times last year there were so many cyclists on the road you would just come to a dead stop and wait until it cleared out in front of you.

So this year, my wife and I are passing on it.

If you are going, go early and get out before the masses. It's a great ride with lots of support and crossing some of the bridges is a lot of fun.

I'll probably do it again next year, but be one of the first ones out.
