I've got a new option for my front TT wheel. I typically use an American Classic Carbon 38 (Zipp 303) 18 spoke front. I just received my AC Carbon 58 24 spoke that I am thinking might be a better choice. It is always windy where we race, but I am a big guy so I don't really have a problem with side winds. Both wheels are tubulars and have Vittoria tubulars on them. Rear wheel is a disc, but is sometimes an AC 58 with a PowerTap.

If you feel that the crosswinds aren't a problem, go with the sweet new deep wheel. Let us know how it goes, better yet, post pics of your set-up with each wheel. Sometimes I go by what's better looking. :)
