It is chronicalled in another thread that I brough my Capo home today. It is set up freewheel at the moment and will probably stay that way for a bit.

I took her out for a short ride today and I already feel like I could handle a tougher ratio than what it came with. Am I crazy?

How are we supposed to tell you the answer to that question?

a. You're in good shape.

b. You're overexcited by your new bike.

I'm pretty sure the answer is one of those two, but only your legs and lungs will tell you.
