I realize that this topic has been discussed many times before, so bear with me. I am looking for the right tire. My bike weighs about 17 pounds and I weigh about 140 pounds. I want a tire that is quick, corners well, is puncture resistant, and is not too heavy. I do about 150+ miles/week. I have read the reviews and have some ideas as to what tire might be best. I would like to hear from those of you have tried a wide variety of tires and can make a solid recommendation. Thanks.

Simple, buy any tire that is on sale for $29 or under. Most good quality tires list for at least $20. Look for wire bead tires to save even more.
Any tire under 300 grams will work just fine. If you are one of those who believe that you "need" sub-200 gram tires, you should be racing.
PS Tires are not "quick"......Legs are.
The main difference between a $20 tire and a $60 tire is.............$40.

Pick your price point, find a tire on sale that meets it, and get a color that you like/matches the color scheme of your bike. There's not a huge difference in tires from the top manufacturers. Unless you start getting super light or extremely durable, you'll have a hard time telling the difference without looking at the label.

NOTE: the above advice DOES NOT apply to those who can feel the difference between a heavy latex tube and light latex tube :)
