Well waiting on the QuickBeam to get here but want to know about suggestions on a few things. Normally I lube the chain when I think about it.

1.What Chain lube is best.
2.What Frame lube for in side tubes is best. Do you just remove seat post and spray there and in BB.
3.How often to the two above.
4.What about Boeshield for chain and frame.

I have used White Lightning, Finish Line Teflon and ProLube but never anything in frame tubes. Is Finish Line as good as Boeshield.
