Since my Redline Conquest frame with be back from the powder-coater's soon, I took my road bike into work and stripped it naked of all components. I put the parts going to the CX bike in the parts washer and got them nice and clean for next week. I can't wait.
I may end up handing my roadie frame over to a friend to ebay for me. I saved the road brakes in case I ever decide to build up another, or who know's may sell them too.
So...a road bike bites the dust, to be reincarnated as a dust-eater. I'll be a bit of a franken-cross with the Ultegra triple on it but I figure it should be able to go anywhere (slow with the granny gear....or fast with the 52 ring).
