I have a Jamis Supernova. I may try racing some day, but for now most of my rides consist of a mixture of hardpack dirt and pavement. The tires that came with the bike are Vittoria EVO Cross XG 32C (I measured them as 30C with calipers). My rear tire exploded like a gun shot the other day and is now dead. I have never actually experienced a full on blow out before, but it pretty much sucked. My criteria is:

1. Mixed Terrain. I ride on the road to the trails. Maybe a tire that has a wide tire pressure range would be helpful. I ride my bike in the snow too.
2. Light Weight. 350 g or less would be nice.
3. 30-32C. I am really interested in Maxxis Raze, but they only come in 35C. I am worried that it will be hard to mount/dismount my bike with the increased standover assocaited with a 35C tire.....if they run true to size.

Any recommondations would be greatly appreicated.
