Trying to decide which setup would be best for me. I know what I want to use. Just not sure if its the smartest setup.

What I would like to use is my Deda Pista bars with a cross lever and front brake. I know the cross lever with front brake is common. I just wonder if I will hate this setup with the track bars for 2-3 hour rides when it comes to comfort.

The other option is a traditional road bar with regular road levers. I know they will be fine from a comfort perspective but this setup would create more work when track season rolls around next spring.

I already have the stuff so its just a matter of picking one and going with it. What do you guys think?

My Panasonic is set up with a cross lever. I'm not using pista bars but I'm using Cinelli drop bars...I've found no problems with comfort...I ride with my hands on the tops or curve where the levers should go... I climb from the drops. I've had no discomfort at all and I've ridden this bike 70+ miles..
