The other day (I'm not sure which stage it was), Ullrich turned around after he crossed the finish line and started to rode back down the course. Other riders were still crossing the line and Phil Liggett specifically mentioned that this was against the rules and that Jan would be penalized. I have not heard anything about this since. Does anyone know if anything came of this?

I've seen this happen a lot on the finish line depending on the layout and access to the team trucks. The key I guess is not to bother any of the finishers.

It's a token fine so I'm sure it's inconsequential.
