Does anyone know the difference between the 07 ES and the 08 SL? I am going to get one of these wheels soon, but I can't seem to get anyone who knows the difference.

There are 2 versions of the Sl for 2008, the SL and the SL Premium. The difference between the SL and the 07 ES is really small in my opinion. The ES has TI quick realease skewers and axle nut and comes with wheel bags. I saw a pair, and thought they were ES's. They have the same hubs (even the red flanges) and they had a single red spoke too!!!!! I am going to get a set of 08 Sls.

I thought the new SL Premiums were all black--basically the 07 ES sans red highlights as far as looks go. Don't know about any structural/material differences.

As near as I can tell, the SL (NOT premiums) look exactly like the ES, including red hubs and all, in fact I believe they are the same. But I could be wrong....
