I need to stencil a few large letters on a pc. of plywood - is there a free site online that would let me print letters out at a size of one letter per page? I could cut the letters out and paint through the holes.

C'mon loungers, anyone?

Umm, you can prolly do that with Word. Just keep upping the font size. It might not go that big, but I bet it would.

You might even find that Word comes with a stencil-style font.

The drop-down list only goes to 72...you can type in a larger number. I just did 500 (you can get two lower-case Times New Roman characters on a page at that size...FWIW).

Just letters?

You can't be that bad at freehanding it. Its just big bubble letters with little bridges so that you have no islands.

And you can type in #'s bigger than 72 in the box if you don't use the pull down arrow, but if you go to 500 you can only fit 2 letters per page, landscape.
Edit: hammer.six beat me to it, I loose 2 points.
