I hope that title grabs attention!

I would seriously pay someone if their suggestions help, if you are an expert and think you can help here in the San Francisco Bay Area or Northern California area than please email me @ starstevenson@hotmail.com

I had my saddle too high and road on speedplay pedals and trashed the very outside (lateral) and distal hamstring (bicepts femoris) tendon AND the upper-lateral(0utside) Calf muscle. I would guess it is either the Popleitus tendon or lateral Soleus tendon behind the knee.

Since I lowered my saddle and went to a fixed cleat it is vastly improved (the fixed cleat allowed the hamstrings and calf to do less work stabilizing float around the knee and has been a big help) I also put in black superfeet orthotics and even made a plastic washer for the right pedal to widen my stance with riding. Climbing while standing feels best, while riding into the wind bent over feels the worst after 35 miles or sooner with intesity.

I followed the Suggestions of Andy Pruitt (I even attempted to call and email him!) in his book "Andy Pruitt's Complete Medical Guide for Cyclist" (page 60 in his new guide)

I am a winning Cat 4 rider with points to move toward Cat 3.

Any more suggestions?
I sure would love your guy's help

Err...have you looked into ASTYM treatment? Seems like that, foam rolling, active rest, stretching, and careful attention to your daily activities and sleeping posture, etc., would be the key...

ASTYM or Graston practitioner who uses cold laser therapy. Cold laser treatment is really cool stuff.
