It was posted on cyclingnews. T-Mobile has no comment, but heard that he could have been doping in 2006, which is why they "changed management."

Including information that I hadn't seen yet that Franke says he knows Sinkewitz was getting transfusions in 2006.

Still makes me highly doubtful even over the last couple of years when the situation has improved that any big-time cyclist achieved their wins clean.
