I did not watch the WC in Tabor today but the lap times were incredible, 7:04 and then a 7:01, those guys were machines out there!!! The scary thought is Nys had still some left in reserve (or at least looked like he has), great action (full of Bunny-Hopping), any video out there?, already seen the video at Sporza.be

It was live on cycling.tv but for whatever reasons I couldn't get a solid connection at a high enough data rate without it freezing up to make it worth watching. I figure I'll wait for it to be put in the archives. From what I saw it looked pretty fast, ground looked wet but not too muddy. A few laps into the race there was still a big group at the front. Nys didn't look like he was going to give any gifts like in Kalmthout.

It looked fast but wasn't like last year (or maybe it was the year before) when it was bone dry and was like a crit for those guys.

i skipped going to brockton to be able to watch it live (well, that and i ran yesterday...) and AGAIN I could not hook up on cycling.tv

I had the same problem last week. I emailed them to complain about that, and their terrible website layout.

I hate the way it launches new windows when you login, click on a channel, etc. and you have to click and search and search to just try to launch the damn feed. Grrrrr.

God its a great service but they just do a horrible job with it.

Preaching to the choir here brother, tried last week without luck and didn't even bother today. The incredible thing is they even revamped their site from the old one and it still sucks.

that said, i did watch kalmthout this AM and it was awesome video. Although the jamokes they have doing the commentary....maybe i should call them jablokes, god. they are hardly knowledgable about cross. and they always sound half asleep. The live euro audio is better, even if i cant understand it. they get excited!

still, for what they charge, live should mean LIVE. hope they get it together for worlds.

I will not use Cycling.tv because it's Poo, i used to be a fully paid member before they changed their site, now it's full of errors and I cant click anything because a new window pops up everytime i do so :mad2:

It's the same guys who do their road coverage, which I think they do pretty well. But they suck at cross because they clearly aren't very familiar with it.

I've been doing cycling.tv pretty much since its inception. It was unreliable initially and took them a while to work the bugs out. Why they switched to the new service I don't know. It's been pretty much sh*t since they switched. I was hoping some of the stuff like the pop-ups and multiple windows would be worked out but at this point it's not looking good.
