Cross elbow: A condition which develops when a cyclocross racer, while shouldering his bike, can't seem to get his arm through the frame triangle properly and whacks the cr@p out of his elbow at every friggin' obstacle on every lap.
This is my 3rd year racing, I thought I knew how to shoulder my bike.....and that it was unnecessary to remove the bottle cage bolts from the frame (which I have been racing in that condition for 2 full seasons). Apparently, I was wrong. OUCH!!! :cryin: [on the upside, I improved by 9 positions over my last race:D ]
Someone help me feel better about this. Anyone else out there as clumsy as I am???
