So is this carbon cyclo fork a match reasonably for my cannondale XR800 I just got (2003) ?
I am not good at deciphering all that geometry data A2C etc etc.
Help me?

Looks like all the XR 800s from 2003 (http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/03/geo-22.html) had 45mm of rake on the stock fork, and that the newest Slice XR fork (http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/07/cusa/road/cyclocross/model-7XR3C.html) also has 45 mm of rake. I'm not sure what your axle to crown height is, or what the AtC on the fork is either, but they should be somewhat similar. Also, because he has such a big frame there's lots of steerer left... but measure your current steer tube to be sure 24cm is enough.
