Uh, sizing is not tied to a specific frame. Sizing gives you information on the size frame that should work for you and then you try and match the frame to your needs. Custom frames are made to fit the cyclist but the frame is adjusted to your needs by the builder. Sizing is sizing (although, different philosophies about sizing and different sizing methods will produce different results). You find the bike that fits your size.

BTW, I really like the RT700 frame but don't go looking for a sizing method that points to a particular bike. It's likely just a sale tool rather than a legit sizing method. Colorado Cyclist has a good sizing program. Use it and see if the RT700 will work for you.

Anyone know of a site that can recommend the right size RT700 frame for me to work from based on my body measurements? I will check out the CC site too

There's no site that I'm aware of that makes recommendations on specific frames given the results of the program. You have to either do it yourself or talk to a real live person. CC will make a recommendation for the bikes they sell based on your measurements as will almost any LBS or online retailer. Heck, contact Kestrel with your measurements and they'll probably give you a recommendation.

Presumably, if you're buying through a better Kestrel dealer, they can setup a floor bike or have a fit kit like bike (with adjustable geometry) where in which you can test a couple different Kestrel stock geometries and the dealer can offer additional professional critque. At the end of the day, you'll be getting a size that is a close approximtion of what will fit you, and then refining the fit with seat post height/setback, stem length/rise and steerer tube spacers.

Wilt Chamberlain - 20000 women claim is almost as impressive

"The lifelong bachelor Chamberlain claimed he had sex with 20,000 women. For this to be true, he would have had to had sex with 1.9 women per day from the age of 15 up until the day of his death, a rate of more than nine women a week." :D :D :D

Hi Mike:

Do you know what the set ups will be for the RT700's? Ultegra/Dura-Ace/SRAM?

Thanks,
Ken
