I've got a Carrera Shield that is a 2002 model (white w/ blue). From what I understand, the 2003 model introduced EOM 16.5 tubing. Problem is, I can't find any info on what the tubing was before they switched. Anyone out there have an idea?

(Full disclosure: I need to sell, and I want to have complete info on the bike.)

There's a shop on Diversey in downtown chicago that sells carrera. They may know. Its called higher gear

failry certain they used Columbus Genius on that model until they changed to the Deddaciai later..

The tubing is Columbus Ultra Foco... and the new owner loves the bike... :thumbsup:


Anyone have any detailed geometry or construction information about the 2002? Many thanks.
