Kinetic brags about how it wants to protect the IBD and that their authorized dealers have a minimum advertised price for their products. For 07 that price was $275.00 There was a post a few weeks ago about a problem with a warranty issue because the buyer bought a Kinetic trainer on Ebay for less than the minimum advertised pricing that Kinetic asks their authorized dealers to abide by. I can live with the minor changes I missed out on on the 2008 model. :) pedalruns 11-24-2007, 11:59 AM I just went to my local REI snagged up the last one they had in stock, the display model and they knocked $30 more off, so it was $200 bucks!! Just finished my spinerval workout from the dvd that came with it, super smooth trainer!! And getting it from REI if something does go wrong they'll replace it... Thanks REI and thanks docmaker for posting this info!! docmaker 12-01-2007, 04:57 PM I received mine this past week and love it. I ordered a second one today for my wife. Ended up having to use a 15% off coupon and saved around 45$. Not as good as the first deal, but it is still fully worth it for such a great product! |
