I have a brand new Orbea Orca http://forums.roadbikereview.com/showthread.php?p=1286180&posted=1#post1286180
built up with Campy Eurus Wheels, Campy Record Carbon, Selle San Marco Saddle, Vredestein Tires, etc.
I am trying to keep everything on the bike European - Spanish frame, stem, and seatpost, German Tires, and Italian everything else.

I just got a great $200 Zeus Zarpa 31.8 carbon stem for $62 on ebay - (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170169730390&ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:US:1123 )to replace my good but boring Felt stem. Now I need to replace the Deda Newton 215 bars (though they are Italian, they are also aluminum and kinda plain vanilla and I'm looking to get something with a flat top). SOOOO. I am looking at the following and wondering if anyone's had experience:
Stella Azzurra Trieno Carbon ($300)
3TTT Biomorphe (I'd have to shim it up to a 31.8 as the BioMorphe is a 26.0 bar, but I can get it for $140 new)
ITM K Sword ($300)
or non Euro stuff like the
XRP Team Road bars - full carbon and very similar to the Stella and the BioMorphes, but for $160
or the FSA K Wing
or IRD B2 ($190)

any advice would be appreciated
