I have a debate going on at my work. Does the stage winner get any jersey and if so what color? I know that the next day the color of his numbers change.

Stage winners get no special jersey unless they take the lead in one of the classifications. And No, their numbers do not change colors. (the colored numbers are awarded to the most combatitve rider - not the previous stage winner)
