Could I take a 20 spoke Extralite UltraFront SL 62gr hub and lace it to a Bontrager XXX lite carbon rim since the rim has paired spokes?

The Extralite has the following dimension:
Center to flange- int. 34mm, ext. 37mm
Flange diameter (spoke drilling)- 43mm (34mm)
Spoke hole diameter 2,5mm

If the hub and rim have the same number of holes, it will work, but how do you plan to determine the proper spoke length?????
Spoke charts will not work with a paired spoke rim.

Only if both hubs are exactly the same in regard to spoke hole placing.

You may be SOL, unless you want to use the "trial and error" method.
