No wonder these guys can't resist using it.
Suggested new brand names: "WinStage", "Gold Medal" "World'sBest".

from what I have read procrit is no where as potent as what the EPO's are.

procrit=epoetin=synthetic version of a naturally occurring protein erythropoietin. procrit also now available under the tradename iwon7andnowucan2®.

My wife is an oncolgist and as a result she gets some schwag from the various drug companies when they visit the cancer centre, or when she goes to a conference. You know, pens, notepads, lanyards, etc, etc.

Well, one of her favorite items is a BIG red canvas bag. On both sides in large block letters it reads "PROCRIT - Epoetin Alpha". And do you know what this bag is often used for? Hauling my bottles to and from the feed zones at various races. I think it is pretty funny, and I don't think it has resulted in any additional doping tests for me. Besides, with the lack of performances I have had this season, no one's going to be assuming I'm on EPO!

What is even better is the Amgen cycling team. Amgen makes Aranesp (more potent version), and EPOGEN. Cycling jerseys are great, they have bright red blood cells on them. Good stuff.

Yup, and my mom's a doper. Of course, she's currently undergoing chemotherapy so I think they'll let her off the hook.

I work in and around a university medical center and have seen the red hats with ProCrit on them.
