I'm being re-fitted for my daily roadbike. A fellow roadie that is also my PT (I'm a bit injured)
is going to re-fit me. New seatpost, new cleats/shoes.

I need help in remembering what I need to bring. I can only think allen keys, flat and
phillips head screwdrivers, and a 3 ft. bubble level. Oh, yea, my bike. I'd also like to
bring some good fitting advise from you all.

Post away . . . .

Your shorts/bib and your riding socks I suppose. Looks like you got everything else.
Gloves also.

Fitter without tools of the trade? Anyhow, add a plumb bob and a metric measuring tape. Consider measuring and recording all the important fit dimensions of your bike before your fit session. That way you can go back to square one if the new setup won't work out for you.

It's nice that your friend / PT is going to help you out. I'd bring everything that you usually ride with.

Since your asking for advice, I'd also add

I had a carbon Giant TCR, the LBS spent quite a bit of time fitting me when I bought it. Sounds like the type of fitting your talking about. As a result, the bike was super fast and felt great. A few months later I had knee problems. After I wrecked on the Giant TCR, I decided to go custom frame. I checked it out and by far the best fit system was from a LBS that uses Serrota's computerized fit system. Check out their web site. While my bike was being built they took the data from the fit and changed my Giant TCR with a new seat post and changed the reach to the handle bars. Those two changes along with Speed Play zero cro-moly pedals eliminated the knee problems. My old bike felt totally different.

Since you had an injury to might want to think of a more advance fit.
