Why bother? They don't do anything that electrical tape and a regular end cap wouldn't do.

I've never had a problem with electrical tape, but I have had an issue with bar ends falling out.

If you use Selle Azzurra bar tape, you won't need those finishing caps. You won't need electrical tape either. This is about the only tape I've used that works with the finishing tape they provide. The tape has a strong adhesive backing. Just make sure you have it on right the first time you install it. No going back over a few days later if you discover you messed up somewhere.

If your bar plugs are not a tight enough fit, wrap them a few times with electrical tape. Then, when you press them into the bar, they will be held firmly in place. Think of the electrical tape as a multi-layer shim - you can make it as thick or as thin as you like.
