So I jumped right over to cambriabike and ordered a set of ZG 07 ti brakes-- 319.95 and another 20% even w/ shipping came out to less than $275. Get contact from cambriabike that the item is out of stock so no go on the sale.
The website STILL says its in stock. I had a flap w/ CBO about a year ago and hadnt ordered from them since-- this one does it-- they could tell me I'll pay 2.50 for a 300 item and I'm not buying it-- they are full of sh--.
At least performance has the item available when they do 20% off and if they dont you can still buy it at that price.
These guys are full of crap. I also had my old ZG set sold- I just had to explain to that guy why I was refunding his money. Good thing I was waiting for the order to confirm before shipping out my old brakes or I'd really be screwed.

Just did a quick price ck. Prices for things that I am interested are actually cheaper over at ProBikeKit.com. They are having a 10% off sale and shipping is still free to the states.

I ordered some parts from them and they sent a email back saying they couldn't complete the order. And they asked me what I wanted to do. And one of the options was to cancel the order. So I sent a email back telling them to cancel the order. Three weeks later I get a box of bike parts that I cancelled. Besides sending a order that I cancelled, they also sent the wrong parts. They told me if I didn't have the original message asking to cancel. (which I didn't save). That I would be stuck with return shipping. STAY AWAY FROM CAMBRIA. There bad news.

Ditto on the poor service. Ordered Sram RED kit and Zero Gravity brakes (all were listed as "In Stock"). Received an email a few ours latter stating that everything in my order was now Back Ordered, the coupon didn't apply, and my total was adjusted accordingly. After an hour of trying to get through to customer service I finally was able to verbally cancel the order.

Won't do business with them again.

Cambria is definitely unreliable-they screw up a lot.Four of my last five orders had some sort of service related issue,ie.coupon discounts not applied,items left off order but charged to credit card,wrong size Krylions sent,etc.Each time I was able to mostly rectify the situation after lengthy phone calls to customer service and trips to the post office.Why do I keep ordering from them?Because there are great bargains to be had on some items when the coupon codes are up.Watch every thing they do- very much buyer beware.Just ordered some more stuff with the 20%off!!!-a true love/hate relationship.
