I live in Alabama and am a conservative and voted for Shelby. He should be prosecuted. Just as all other Senators and Representatives and their respective staff members who have leaked classified information over the years also. Problem is, Congress would probably be empty.

I would venture to guess that one reason they aren't prosecuting is because there is so much dirt on boths sides of Congress that if you prosecute one, they would start snitching on each other and we would have to build a new prison to hold all the politicians.

The article is suspicious in that it quotes White House press secretary Ari Fleischer. Ari hasn't been press secty. for some time now.
