Does anyone have any experience, feedback or input on the TOKEN T38 Carbon Tubular wheelsets? They seem to be pretty nice and reasonably priced.

They seem to be pretty nice and reasonably priced. KMan 01-29-2008, 06:19 PM I have the T50's and have been using them for cyclocross - not a single problem other than the...for a better term....a back lash action/sound of the cassette is very loud and almost reverbs into the frame. At first I though I broke something...and then I thought my chain was slamming into my frame causing the noise....then I relaized on big hits the slack chain was allowing the casette to spin backwards a bit and when it went taunt it was making a terribly loud noise - but remember this is on a cyclocross bike, not a road bike where I would assume you would not have this problem. I am also using the C50's on my road bike - the C50's I bought at the same time, but look to use a different hub which I think the quality of this hub is not as nice as the hub used on the T50. I have had happen 2-3 times where I would shift and the rear hub would spin freely for a few turns and then finally engage - I think this is the same problem that the American Classic hubs were famous for. In fact I hope to see if I can find another hub that I can rebuild my rear C50 with using the same spokes. Anyone reading this post, if you know a replacement hub I can use on my C50 and not buy new spokes - that info would be appreciated - or what I need to measure to find out which hubs I can use.
