Could someone familiar with handbuilt wheels offer their opinion on these?

They'd be an interim pair until I could afford some nicer handbuilt wheels, then they be set up for the trainer or my girlfriends bike.

The low spoke count scared me away, although they did look like a nice buy... I upped my budget and bought a set of Niobium 27 rims, with CX-rays, and WI H1 hubs from the classifieds.
Ligero - I raced my STI in autocross a few times before my priorities changed and I bought a condo which forced the sale of my precious scooby. Conekilla became my name on most boards so I didn't have to remember multiple login ID's.
