12-27 Shimano Ultegra I think is the best bang for the buck.

To a large degree, it depends on your front chainrings and how hard you want to work on the hills...
But 12-25 or 12-27 will get a reasonably strong rider up most hills with a 39 ring in the front.

"i will soon be upgrading my current wheelset"
(why?)
"i would also like to upgrade my cassette too"
(upgrade?...do you mean smaller or larger??)
"any recommendations on an awesome all around one?"
(it depends on the rider's legs)
"i do a lot of climbing. some hills up to 15%"
(some people have to walk up 15% grades while some people ride them in a 11-21)

Too many variables - what do you have and how do you perform with it?????? I live by a mountain and climb often, I can get up them in a 39-25, I can also get up them in a 34-27, although neither one is my preference for different reasons.....

If you're really climbing 15% grades you could probably justify a Dura-Ace 12-27 or Record if Campy. Much lighter than Ultegra.

What on earth can you mean? The Ti cogs on these cassettes wear much faster than steel, shift no better, cost a huge amount more, and save about as much weight as a swallow of water. The only functional justification for such a cassette is if you are racing up major climbs at a world class level.

Or if you need to make up for other deficiencies in your life.
