View Full Version : Stickers on Inside of New Wheels

on the inner part of the rim, i found these stickers on my brand new mavic kysrium rear.

anyone have any idea what they might mean? can i take these off or are they important info to be used later?

the top sticker says- from top to bottom:

108
280
then something, perhaps "for"?
18

the bottom one reads:

R6
511


there is also a black sticker on the joint of the rim where it's welded. should i leave this there as well?

Black tape is for in case of small burrs on the seam, the rest is from Build/QC.

i think it's builder identity numbers... so the can track down the person that messes up. haha.
