Need some help. A rider in town is selling a lime green 1999 Allez m4 Pro (Alu frame, full ultegra) in mint mechanical/cosmetic condition. I'm new to road bikes and have no idea if this is a fair price. For my first bike should I jump on it or tell him he's out of his mind?
