Anyone ever heard or partake in a fitmaster fit?? A LBS that carries Seven utilizes this system and wants $150 (which can be applied to purchase of any bike/frame) to do the fitting.

From what I understand, a pretty common fit approach. Seemed similar to the Serotta fit bikes I've seen pictures of, but just not proprietary to that brand. Basically set up the FitMaster bike to emulate my current ride and then we adjusted from there. My fitter also did a number of measurements and some flexibility and movement tests. Not sure if that is the norm, so YMMV. I certainly enjoyed the process and think the bike I am getting out of it will be a killer ride. There's lots of good info on the Fitmaster website (http://fitmaster.net/site/). You can download the factory brochure and the owner's manual in the downloads section. |
