It's about time this happens. I'd say it ought to be an incentive for high schoolers to take school seriously. Which might also give relief to high schools wrestling with discipline problems. A positive ripple effect, for a change.

I'm interested to see how this affects larger public universities, which, in my opinion, create the middle class that makes our society what it is.
