If his products are any reflection of Dick Burke, he must have been an incredible man. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and children as well as the whole Trek family. Makes me proud to know I own one of the last new Trek products that I'm sure was developed while Dick was still involved in the day to day operations at Trek.

I happened to be in my Trek dealer's store when Dick was there, just about four months ago. He was on a tour stopping at various dealers. I had the pleasure of exchanging a few words with him. Bought my 5.2 same day. Great man, great family, great bikes.
