I recently bought a Trek 5900 from Brian. He replied to my emails quickly and shipped the bike fast. It came wrapped up like a baby, he took the extra effort to do it right, the bike was in mint condition.
He had swapped the wheel set prior to the sale and the bike came with a 9 speed cassette rather than the 10 speed, an honest mistake. He not only apologized (you could tell he felt really bad), he made the situation right sending the 10 speed Dura Ace cassette, threw in new brake pads and told me to keep the 9 speed cassette. I'd do business with this man again in a heart beat.
