A good chocolate chip cookie recipe.
Oughta be noted that to the extent that a certain someone is 'qualified' or has 'experience', that person is (or was) in violation of the constitution.
Not elected. Not appointed, nor sent to the Senate for advice and consent. If there's any 'experience' or 'qualification,' it's in dictatorship and tyranny.

Hell yeah! I'm in. That's experience you can't get just anywhere. Excellent paperwork skills what with filling out those draft deferments. Big time experience in getting your way even if it makes no sense such as funding a bridge to no where. And most of all, these two have kept up and not let there oldness take them out of the game. They are technological experts. Think of the knowledge that Cheney has about telecommunications with all that high-tech eavesdropping experience. And Stevens, Hell Stevens shows up Al Gore to be the little puss he is. Invented the Internet? Pa Shaw! Stevens understands how that puppy works, man!

some of those ugly Con behaviors since crossing over
like having 2 sets of standards to judge things by
constant character assasination as intelligent articles of debate
to me Hillary's execution of plan, hubris going into the campaign and niot having a back-up and obviously surrounding herself with a bunch of idiots makes her look like what? maybe 10% less turdy than the last person he voted for
magnolialover 03-22-2008, 04:54 PM Obama has more experience than Lincoln did, and he turned out to be a pretty good President.
Heck, TMB would agree, I think, that Nixon had one of the BEST resumes ever going into his presidency, and we all know how THAT turned out. Looking at history, experience doesn't appear to have much to do with how good you do at being President. Sure, sometimes, it helps, but if Spydie is talking about Hillary, which no doubt he is, he's barking up the wrong tree methinks, since she has about, oh, maybe what? 2 more years in the Senate than Obama.

I've seen and heard from people who voted for Bush. Most are embarrassed they voted for Bush and determined to not get fooled again. The smart ones recognize they made a mistake and hold themselves back from presenting themselves as great prognosticators or elite judges of character.

Every Sunday?
Okay, Spydie. Prove it. Prove that he says it for him "every Sunday." Let's see what you got ... money where your mouth is and all that.
JoeDaddio 03-27-2008, 03:38 PM Len was combining two things you said. First when you said he was angry, and then, when challenged about that, you asked if you should have said racist instead. We all saw it.
Speaking of dares:
I think I laid it out rather well just a few posts up. Though I don't know why I bothered.

DrRoebuck 03-27-2008, 03:43 PM I think I laid it out rather well just a few posts up. Though I don't know why I bothered.
Indeed. Shoulda mentioned that as well.
spyderman 03-27-2008, 03:46 PM You've said he is an angry racist..........when has he ever demonstrated this......answer...never.
You are making much of nothing while ignoring your own choices lying and scheming.............

You'd think if someone made such a claim they'd back it up with facts. When did I ever call Obama a racist?
DrRoebuck 03-27-2008, 03:49 PM You'd think if someone made such a claim they'd back it up with facts. When did I ever call Obama a racist?
As Joe as already pointed out:
Should I have said racist?
And I'm still waiting for you to back up your assertion that Wright gives racist sermons "every Sunday."
spyderman 03-27-2008, 04:03 PM I would like to commend you on your ability to judge 20 years worth of Sunday services based upon a cumulative 4 minutes of video you've seen.
Comparing Duke to Obama: classy. Trying to back it up by comparing klan meetings to church: priceless.
I still don't see you in any Clinton threads.

Hey, intolerance is intolerance. If Hillary attended a church for 20 years where the Pastor spewed hate-filled, Anti-American, racist, rhetoric, would that make you want her to be president?
DrRoebuck 03-27-2008, 04:08 PM Hey, intolerance is intolerance. If Hillary attended a church for 20 years where the Pastor spewed hate-filled, Anti-American, racist, rhetoric, would that make you want her to be president?
Question: Does saying "Goddamn America" in the context of calling us out for every horrible thing we've done in our history, including the murder and/or enslavement of hundreds of thousands of innocent people, qualify as hate-filled rhetoric?
Question: Does saying that this country should look at its foreign policy over the last several decades and wonder if that helped get us into this War on Terror qualify as hate-filled rhetoric?
Question: Are you ever going to back up your assertion that Wright says these things EVERY SUNDAY?
Just wondering.
Len J 03-27-2008, 04:20 PM Dare ya to link the quote.
As others have said.......you called him angry & when I challenged you on it, you asked if you should have said racist instead.
See joe's post for a summary.

You got nothing....as usual.

Hillary Clinton's decision to criticize Barack Obama's decision to stay with his controversial pastor may open her up to attack from some quarters because of her own religion-related linkages. I was reminded of a Mother Jones piece that ran last year and, with the wonders of the Internet, here's a nugget:
For 15 years, Hillary Clinton has been part of a secretive religious group that seeks to bring Jesus back to Capitol Hill. Is she triangulating--or living her faith?...
The Fellowship's long-term goal is "a leadership led by God--leaders of all levels of society who direct projects as they are led by the spirit." According to the Fellowship's archives, the spirit has in the past led its members in Congress to increase U.S. support for the Duvalier regime in Haiti and the Park dictatorship in South Korea. The Fellowship's God-led men have also included General Suharto of Indonesia; Honduran general and death squad organizer Gustavo Alvarez Martinez; a Deutsche Bank official disgraced by financial ties to Hitler; and dictator Siad Barre of Somalia, plus a list of other generals and dictators.

C'mon Lenny,
Lets see you find the quote where I called Obama an "angry racist." I'd like to see it. You won't find it cause I never said it. Even your minions won't be able to find it...I know they've been looking.

Sigh. You've now become a total joke.
Btw, still ignoring my request that you back up the "every Sunday" comment, I see ...

I fail to see the link to Hillary?? Have these people been her spiritual advisor for twenty years?

Bam. Pwned. You got him, Spydie. It wasn't 20 years, it was only 15. Or did you happen to "misread" that part?
rufus 03-27-2008, 05:28 PM I fail to see the link to Hillary?? Have these people been her spiritual advisor for twenty years?
they're who she's chosen to associate herself with.
And her group believes that God chooses elites to do his work for them, and it appears her group believes that those dictator types are the elites who God has chosen, and offer their support to them as well.
But Wright, he's eeeeeeevil!!!

Whatever.....you said he was an 'angry African American"....
I challanged you to demonstrate where he was angry.....
You then said..."Should I have said racist?"
The implication was clear to anyone reading it.
But as usual, you'll see what you want.

Your arguments have gone beyond ridiculous.............and I'm going to take my grandfathers advice.........

You keep talking..........

You do get points for originality though...
