My LBS can't get me the SCOTT Addict frame that I need. Can anyone suggest an on-line source or LBS that might have a frame in stock? A good price and customer service would be nice too!

Please post the info here or PM me.

Thanks :)

Where are you that you only have one LBS? If I were dropping that much coin on a bike I would definitely want to support a LBS rather than an OnlineBS. My LBS has an Addict built up with RED and R-SYS wheels, d@mn that thing is sweet, have fun with it.

LBS must be crying!
Seems a shame you can't slide the action to them.

Thanks for all of the links, I will start calling around tomorrow.

One hurdle is that I just want a frame+fork, not a complete bike.

You can order Scotts from REI and you would get 10% back and have a lifetime warranty... duh

I'd prefer the R1. With the same wheels, it would actually be LIGHTER. Almost $3000 cheaper and only the wheels are upgraded. Frankly, I don't care for either wheels (R1 or Ltd)--get them to credit you towards some Zipps!

Oh, looks like he just wants the frame. BikeSale.com is awesome... I bought several bikes at their retail store. Colorado Cyclist carrys some Scott and I think if you just want a frame they will ship that...

I'll second that BikeSale (Bothel Ski and Bike) is an awesome shop, run by a couple great guys. These folks got me a crash replacement frame after I had a wreck last year. I'd purchased my Scott new from the store's previous owner back in 2005. They were unable to find any paperwork on the sale, however, even though I now lived in Missouri they went ahead and got everything together, ordered a new frame from Scott under the crash replacement program.

Can you order a complete bike (Scott) from BikeSale.com and have them ship it? No one around here has any in stock either. And since I'm in Florida, it's a bit far from Washington.

Want a trip to San Diego? Nytro has some fly-in and test program (I've never tried it though; not sure if there are any fine prints). http://www.nytro.com/Scott_Road_Bikes_s/236.htm
