I inline skated the Round Rock Road Rash inline marathon this morning. I figured it would be good cross training. So I finished in 2:09 which means there are people out there that can run 26 miles 5 minutes faster than I can skate it. Anyway, cardio was good, legs good... Lower back, OMFG!!! half way through, my back is fried and only got worse on the last 3 laps. I wasn't really strong enough to get into any pacelines, so I just soloed it. The wind was tough on the southbound section but the rest of the course wasn't bad. So I know I need to still work on core. :p
