I was in Quebec city this weekend and while I maintain that it is one of the worlds most beautiful towns I have to say I was a little unimpressed by the number of roadies representing. Maybe I just wasn't in the right areas (although if pressed I don't know if I could tell you what areas i was in). But I was on what seemed like some great roads for riding and in that park, Champs-de-battaille i think, that seems like the cyclists dream come true. (Beautifull scenery, smooth roads, NO CARS!!!, lots of good hills. And what did i see besides somebodone's grandparents on a couple of comfort bikes.... nothing. I stayed near Levesque and Cartier and was everywhere between there and right downtown... where are you guys? probably in the mountains I could see i the distance.
