They have the compact Ultegra SL group with compact crankset for $800...anyone use them? Are they reputable and an authorized Shimano dealer (full warranty, etc.)?

Thanks!

I have bought from them and was satisfied with the service. they usually have a large discount on most items for first time purchase. I bought a high end trainer from them and got the discount. But you might check the cost of the group at probikekit.com. Their prices are usually lower than most any other on line seller on a consistent basis.

I ordered from them once because of the first-time buyer discount. Other than taking their sweet time getting it shipped (3 business days after I placed the order), everything was fine.

I've ordered from them before. No problems with any of my orders. If you can't tell whether they are an authorized Shimano dealer, suggest you ask them.

With the exchange rate, Probikekit.com is more expensive. Thanks!

I ordered a helmet from them a couple of weeks ago. I ordered it on a Sunday, they shipped it on Monday and I had it on Thursday. With the first time purchase discount they were the cheapest place by far.

I've ordered from them and never had a problem. After 12 years of buying bike parts on the net. I only had two problems. Cambria bike was a nightmare. Horrible to do business with. And probike sent the wrong item but after a couple of emails they told me to keep it and not to worry about paying. It was a bike tire. There first class in my book.

Oooops, confused my old LBS Riding Bicycles (http://ridingbicycles.com/) with Gotta Ride Bikes.

I have used Gotta Ride Bikes and so have a couple friends. Excellent prices and service. I'd recommend them as well.

I bought an oval concepts clip on aero bar from them last year. They sent the wrong clamp size, but happily replaced. My only problem was that they took their sweet time and I had to call several times to get the clamp sent. In total I think it was 8 weeks from the time I requested it to the time I recieved it.
