I had a little issue with my first SLT 01. BMC's distributor was very helpful in working out the issue. My old frame was a SLT 01 Swiss edition, the new one they sent me is black and white.

I decided to go a size lower since I've started doing more racing and thus have gone to a more aggressive position. I elected not to cut the steer tube any shorter until I do some experimenting with the fit.

I am currently looking for a new saddle. The Flite is irritating the back of my thigh. I would also like to take the opertunity to shed some weight. I am thinking of giving the SLR or the Aspide a shot. The new saddle will be white, as will the bar tape.

The frame came with a EC70 setback seatpost. I am trying to keep the EC90 off my old frame, but I I'll need the setback.

I hate my bars. As you can see I've had to rotate them so the ends are beyond horizontal. This was to make the anitomical drop work for my wrists. With this setup they are tolerable but not ideal.

The wheels are like boat anchors, but they stay true. I am hoping to get some race only tubies soon.

you should look into the selle italia carbino seat i am not sure if it comes in white but i have one in black andits 125 grams.

You may like to try an FSA shallow drop bar. Have just had one fitted to my Streetfire. It's great - you get a nice level surface from the bar across the hoods.

P.S. What was the "issue" with your previous SLT?

I have a EC90 seat back that comes with My SLC01.

+1 i have the bar at first i was kinda worried about the look of the compact bar and how to set it properly.. but once i got it just right... its perfect.. i dont think ill ever go "ergo" again.

Easy, to make it all match - EC90 stem - EC90 SLX3 Bar - short and shallow reach with a flat top (to the hoods) and a nice round drop with no kinks.

That's what i'm putting on my slc01 when I pick it up...which is very soon!
