i think the owner of this team has it right. f the establishment - as long as they follow the rules, the old-boy, closed-club, nonsense should be blown apart. that said, with all the fuss they are making, they need to deliver results

Not likely, since the TDF has an auto sponsor that provides all the support vehicles.

Skoda is sponsoring the tour until 2011.

TDG has done the same in the past when Dodge was the title sponsor (and maybe Ford one year?), though I don't know that they have any auto sponsorship now. It's likely that they have something in place to provide team cars for the ProTour Teams coming over the pond.

And of course, with Micheal Ball's "F the establishment, hire unrepentant ex-dopers, and sue to get race invites" mentality, I don't think ASO will be giving them a Tour invite any time soon.

There an American team, they should be racing at the TDG.
